Approaches for MSME Development

In the Indian economy, around one-third of the contribution is from the MSME sector. Empowering the MSME sector is equal to empowering the entire society. MSMEs also played significant role in socio-economic development of semi-urban and rual areas. The Union and State Governments are continuously implementing number of need based schemes and programmes for their sustainable development. Innovation, Business Incubation, Cluster Approach, Skill Development, Public Private Partnership, Social Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion are some of the successful approaches which played vital role in development of MSME sector. In order to create awareness on various strategic approaches, and also share Government interventions, ni-msme with its vast experience in research, training and consultancy in the area of MSME development proposes to organize one week training programme on “Strategic Approaches for MSME Development” during 18-22 September 2023 for the stakeholders involved in promotion and development of MSME sector.
