The Micro Enterprise development approach has received wide acceptance as an effective strategy for empowerment of vulnerable sections of society representing economically, socially and physically challenged human groups such as unemployed youth, women and weaker sections.
Having achieved significant success in consolidating Micro Enterprise Development as an effective strategy for empowerment of SME sector, the micro enterprises need to focus income generating activities, which would make the efforts more sustainable. The biggest challenge they face is of capital arrangement. PradhanMantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY) is a scheme April 8, 2015 for providing loans upto 10 lakh to the non-corporate, non-farm small/micro enterprises. Under the aegis of PMMY, MUDRA has created three products namely 'Shishu', 'Kishore' and 'Tarun' to signify the stage of growth / development and funding needs of the beneficiary micro unit / entrepreneur and also provide a reference point for the next phase of graduation / growth. Similar there are many such schemes available through which one can get benefit.

Young and budding Entrepreneurs, Startups, Middle and field level officers, Directorate of Industries (Functional Managers, Project Managers and Technical Assistants / Industries Promotion Officers of DICs); national and state level corporations for specific categories of rural development, organizations concerned with manpower planning and self-employment promotion, decentralized sector organizations, commercial banks, grameena banks and financial institutions SDIBI, NABARD and non-governmental organizations involved in promoting income generating enterprises

Fee

Rs. 1500/- (Residential)
Rs. 1000/- (Non-Residential)(18% GST as applicable).
The fee covers cost of tuition, reading material, boarding and lodging. It does not cover travel costs of participants. Fee once paid shall not be refunded. However, a substitute may be permitted.
