National Institute for MSME (ni-msme), Hyderabad organised Valedictory of the Entrepreneurship Skill Development programmes (ESDPs) under Assistance to training Institutions (ATI) scheme & National SC ST Hub Scheme of Ministry of MSME Govt. of India implemented during the FY 2022-23 on the special day 1st May 2023.The ESDP trained under these schemes are IT-ITes, banking, Food Processing, Electronics, Multimedia, Textile , Beauty & Wellness sector. The objective of these programmes is to provide Wage and Self Employment opportunities to unemployed Youth and Women. Shri C. RajaSekhar IFS, OSD (States), Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India was invited as a Chief Guest for the Valedictory Function. Programme started with the Welcome address by V. Swapna, Associate Faculty Member, in charge of Skill trainings under ATI scheme. Around 500 ESDP trainees, trainers, ni-msme faculty members and staff attended the programme. Speaking to the occasion, Director General, ni-msme Dr. S. Glory Swarupa has congratulated all the participants for successful completion and also advised participants to start the small business with the skills trained under the programmes. Shri C. RajaSekhar IFS, OSD (States), Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India during his address highlighted the need for the effective utilisation of human resources for the growth of our economy and also highlighted some good examples and shared his experiences with different countries to motivate the participants so that they take up the activities for their self-development and also for growth of our country. He emphasised on the mantra 3 Ds-Dream, Discipline and Determination to be followed to succeed in their life. At the end, Offer letters for trainees who got selected in some companies and also the certificates were distributed to all trainees by Chief Guest and Director General ni-msme followed by vote of Thanks by Dr. E Vijaya , Faculty member ni-msme
