“Loan Mela” was organized at National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) campus, that was attended by major private, public-sector banks such as State bank of India (SBI), Canara bank, Yes bank, Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), Axis Bank, Dhanalakshmi Bank and ARKA FINCAP (NBFC). During the inauguration, Mr. Bala Krishna, Deputy General Manager, Regional Head, Canara Bank gave the orientation to existing and aspiring entrepreneurs about various schemes available and requirements for availing the loans. The event also given awareness about the PMGEP and PMFME schemes for setting up micro enterprises. The event witnessed overwhelming response from more than 80 MSMEs and first-generation entrepreneurs from in and around Hyderabad. The banks gave individual presentations about their MSME specific financial products and exclusive service offerings for the MSMEs. They also interacted one-on-one with the entrepreneurs during the event to receive the applications for an early disbursement of their business loans. The event was coordinated by V.
