Advanced MDP on Leadership and Crisis Management for MSME Professionals
School of Enterprise Management, National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) has organized an Advanced Management Development Programme on “Leadership and Crisis Management for MSME Professionals” in association with ASBM University, Bhubaneswar, sponsored under ESDP Scheme, Ministry of MSME from 9 to 14 January 2023 at ASBM University, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Dibyendu Choudhury, Faculty Member, ni-msme and Dr. Biswajeet Pattanayak, President, ASBM University were present during the inauguration. Mr. Sarvesh Ranjan, Field General Manager, Union Bank of India graced the event as Chief Guest.
A total of 25 participants, middle and senior level professionals from MSME Sector and aspiring entrepreneurs attended the programme. Dr. Dibyendu Choudhury, Faculty Member and Programme Director addressed the participants briefing about ni-msme and gave an overview of the programme. The sessions were conducted by ni-msme Faculty, Academicians, Industry Experts and Resource Persons. The topics covered during the programme include Interpersonal Relationship, Leadership Styles, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Stress Management, Productive Conflict Management, Managing Organisational Crisis etc..,
Dr. Shreekant Sharma, Faculty Member and Co-Programme Director was present during the valedictory on 14th January 2023. The participants expressed their opinions and appreciated the programme for its insightful teachings. The programme was officially concluded with certificate distribution to the participants.
