Enterprise centric E-Governance for rural enterprises of India

In India, E-Governance brought enormous change in society, since its inception, with delivering benefits to the citizens, with on-line services, such as payment of taxes, and issuing of certificates for various purposes, by departments. For, enrerprise sector, there has been greater push by the Government to promote Micro Small and Medium Enterprise, (MSME)s and for establishing at rural sector, to get significant contribution in the socio economic growth of India. However, there are various challenges, in success path of rural based enterprises. At this juncture, in similar lines of E-Governance for citizen services , there can be concept of enterprise based services, with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) based applications, providing to the registered rural based manufacturing and service enterprises, for their individual enterprise wise need of marketing, inventory management, knowledge management and any other required applications as service provider. With the study on enterprises of rural sector and literature survey gathered, in this paper, it is explored the issues to start an enterprise and for its sustainability, and identified cloud based frame work to attain enterprise centric services to rural enterprises with the maturity level of interactive and integrated approach of E-Governance.
