Worked as Associate Faculty Member in School of Enterprise Development (SED), of National Institute for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme), under Ministry of MSME, Government of India. I hold twin Master's Degrees, Masters in Computer Applications and Masters in Business Administration (PGDBA-HRM) and have varied experience in Micro Finance, Micro Enterprises and rural poverty alleviation through Self Help Groups and Micro Enterprises Development. I have has also worked for a decade with various corporate under different capacities and handled gambit of HR functions with specialized Performance Appraisals along with Monitoring and Evaluation and Training & Development activities. I have also undertaken various internal audits after being qualified as internal auditor for ISO in 2006. I have to my credit conducting several International and National training Programmes at ni-msme for over more than 50 countries.
