International Conference on Green Energy Powering MSMEs for Future on 24th & 25 March 2022 at ni-msme Campus in association with Chandradeep Solar Research Institute (CDSRI). Dr. (Smt.) Tamilisai Soundararajan, Hon’ble Governor of Telangana & Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Puducherry inaugurated the Conference on 24th March 2022. Governor stated that India can achieve Net Zero emissions through judicious use of fuels and promoting Green Energies. This event was part of the Institute’s 60th Foundation year celebration. The inauguration of the International Conference was followed by the Inauguration of the Product Exhibition by the Chief Guest where the products of the Solar & Electric Vehicle Industry were displayed by the StartUps.
The International Conference of Green Energy has been organized at the backdrop of the COP26 Conference where Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri. Narendra Modiji has declared India’s Net Zero Emission target by 2070. The Prime Minister had also announced India’s short-term goal of generating 500 GW of Energy from Renewable Sources by 2030. MSMEs which are the backbone of the Indian Economy and contribute more than 30% to India’s GDP should actively participate in this
mission. This International Conference had allowed them to prepare to start a business with Green Energy options like Solar and Electric Vehicle.
