Training of Trainers (ToT) on Entrepreneurship Development & Mentorship
Creating awareness of business opportunities, supporting potential entrepreneurs and assisting them in sustaining their enterprises is a major concern of agencies involved in accelerating economic development through entrepreneurship. Mentoring is most often defined as a professional relationship in which an experienced person (the mentor) supports and encourages people to develop specific skills and knowledge that will maximise their business potential and improve their performance. In short, it is the transfer of knowledge, skills and experience. The mentor acts as a guide to find the right direction and develop solutions.
A Training of Trainers (ToT) is designed to train and develop professionals in entrepreneurship development & Mentorship so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating young persons to take up entrepreneurship as a career. For each ToT, there are 20 -25 faculty members and Entrepreneurship Development Organizations are trained for duration of one weeks. The ToTs provide inputs on process and practice of entrepreneurship development, communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving, achievement motivation training, inputs on resource and knowledge industries.
Trainers from NGOs, Govt Departments, Universities & Colleges
- Training of Trainers (ToT) aims at equipping participants with skills and knowledge that are essential for inculcating entrepreneurial values in students and guiding and monitoring their progress towards entrepreneurial career
- To enhance knowledge and skills about Mentorship and the participant able to provide business mentorship to entrepreneurs

Rs. 13000/- (Residential)
Rs. 10000/- (Non-Residential) (18% GST as applicable).
The fee covers cost of tuition, reading material, boarding and lodging. It does not cover travel costs of participants. Fee once paid shall not be refunded. However, a substitute may be permitted.
